Hypnosis is the quickest, easiest way to change behaviors.

Hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention often associated with relaxation and heightened suggestibility. It is an immediate tool for letting go of bad habits and emotional states that get in the way of our living our best lives! During hypnosis we target the subconscious mind, the part that controls and hangs onto these behaviors that are standing in the way of us living the way we desire.

Hypnosis is simply being guided to an extremely relaxed state and using suggestions that are specifically tailored to the client and what they want to work on and release.  It is in this relaxed state that the conscious mind is no longer critical of positive suggestions.

During hypnosis you are neither fully awake nor are you fully asleep. You are somewhere in between, much like when driving a car and suddenly realizing you have just driven for miles without fully being aware of it. We all drift in and out of hypnotic states on a daily basis. Thus, hypnosis is NOT like those theatrical productions where people bark like dogs or do things out of character that give its immense power a bad rap!

People use hypnosis for a variety of issues, from anxiety to stopping smoking to falling asleep easier to weight loss and many other behaviors that one desires to change (fear of flying, test anxiety, public speaking, memory enhancement, resistance to change, etc.). Hypnosis has gained much popularity throughout the celebrity and professional athlete communities due to its power to create lasting change!

Hypnosis is recognized by the medical, dental and psychological professions as a safe and effective way to change behavior. The services I render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to instill positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. I do not represent my services as any form of medical, behavioral or mental health care.
