Intro To Meditation

I GET IT because I used to think that way too. Until meditation changed my life.
And I say that from the bottom of my heart.
I used to live mired in fear and anxiety. In fact I had no idea how anxious of a person I was until I started meditating and it began to subside and I started to glimpse what life was like NOT being a bundle of nerves every day.
Life can be stressful. And most of the time we are not even aware of how caught up in stressful thoughts we are and we do harm to our emotional and PHYSICAL health because our minds and bodies are in a constant state of anxiety, stress and worry.
So what if I told you that a mere 15 minutes a day could change all of that?
That’s how it changed for me. Just a few minutes a day of meditation began immensely shifting how I felt and I began to live from a calmer and more centered place. And I believe that just about anyone can get there as well with a practice. And because I believe this so strongly I created an EASY Intro To Meditation Course so I can share this amazing gift with everyone. Even those who swear they don’t have time and cannot tame their minds.
Because no matter how much we tell ourselves the stories of what we cannot do, we owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to dare to believe otherwise.

I recommend taking 6 weeks to experience this 6 class course. Each class will go over a simple technique to begin to develop your practice with. I am supporting you fully on this point, that mediation is a PRACTICE that must be approached from a place of non judgment and that is what you will experience every class ; support, non judgment and various meditation practices to try on to see what fits best for you. You will also be guided through a meditation at the end portion of each class to help you develop your framework and to relax you and allow me help you to meditate.
You can begin to live from a less stressful place and feel more relaxed and less anxious than ever before. Deep sleep can become more of the norm for you and you can start to approach life from a more centered and balanced place. All for only a few minutes a day.
