Mindfulness 6 Week Group Series Where We Practice Getting Rid Of Our Head trash!

Yet most of us were never taught how.

But there are simple, powerful and effective mindfulness tools that you can learn to help you take out the garbage!

I know because I was there. And I learned how to get out of my head and back into living a life that excites me!

With the right support and practice you can ditch the trash and get that coveted good night sleep and increase your ability to make money and have the most to offer the ones you love!

You can begin waking up with a clear head excited about your day.

You CAN have what you want in life. You just have to take out the trash first!

This series can be taken as a package or done in individual classes. It is recommended to do all 6 weeks as what we focus on expands! The more we put into something the more we get out of it.

Classes run March 17, 24, 31 & April 14, 21, 28 – 7-9:30pm.

Your investment for the series is $125 ($25 savings) and the individual class drop in investment is $25. 

Classes are held online via Zoom. 

Each class will focus on a different mindfulness technique as we practice awakening to no longer being held hostage by our thoughts and learn to manage them from a place of positivity and balance.

Week 2 – 3/24 – Shifting Focus
Practicing Mindfulness of our thoughts
Week 3 – 3/31 – Self Love
Practicing Mindfulness of the way we treat ourselves
Week 4 – 4/14 – False Beliefs
Practicing Mindfulness of the negatives and fear of not being good enough
Week 5 – 4/21 – Our Relationship to Our Relationships
Practicing mindfulness of experiencing self growth through our relationships
Week 6 – 4/28 – Goal Setting
Practicing mindfulness of our intentions and gaining clarity on what we desire
